These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SKITZTCG website and your purchase of products from us. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. SKITZTCG is an Australian online retailer of trading card game products.
These terms are subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides rights and remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you have under the ACL.
1. Use of Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems. We may update, modify, or discontinue the website or any products at any time without notice.
2. Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or listed in error. In such cases, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the affected product.
Product images and descriptions are provided for identification purposes. While we strive for accuracy, colours and details may vary slightly from what is shown on screen.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST where required. Prices may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed. We may display approximate prices in other currencies for convenience, but the charged amount is always in AUD.
4. Product Condition
We sell sealed products, singles, graded cards, and accessories. Product condition is described on each product page. Sealed products are factory-sealed and guaranteed authentic. Singles are graded by condition as described on the product listing. Graded cards are authenticated and encapsulated by the grading company stated on the listing.
For mystery packs and similar products, pull odds and disclaimers are displayed on the product page. These products are non-returnable once opened, except where required by the ACL.
5. Placing Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once we accept it and process your payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is an error in pricing, stock, or product information, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
6. Payment
We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay) and PayPal. Payment is processed securely by the relevant provider. We do not store your full card details.

8. Returns and Refunds

9. Loyalty Program, Store Credit, and Vault
Registered customers may earn loyalty points and store credit through purchases and promotions. Loyalty points and store credit have no cash value unless otherwise stated and may be subject to expiry or change. Virtual pack openings and Vault cards are digital features; terms specific to those features are displayed on the relevant pages.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and design, is owned by SKITZTCG or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the ACL. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies you have under the ACL or other applicable laws that cannot be excluded.
